Pomanda new ‘Deal Room’

At a very busy and well-attended Business Show last week Pomanda launched its ‘Deal Room’, adding to the instant valuation and company information currently available.  Pomanda now provides an online marketplace for private company owners to place mandates to buy or sell companies, raise growth capital and access a wide range of independent professional advice.

The Pomanda platform has been offering instant information and valuations for all UK companies registered at Companies House. The Deal Room is the obvious natural progression, with a Funding Room soon to be released, offering debt finance.

Since the launch in October 2018 signups to the platform now exceed 1,500 and are increasing at 30-40 per day.

Pomanda is now actively looking for investors and corporate finance houses to join the platform to increase the spectrum of opportunities for rapidly growing number of company owners on the platform
